At Mend Loft, our group classes are designed to help you move better, feel better, and stay well for the long term. Rooted in posture therapy and functional movement, each class supports your body in a different way—from alignment and strength to recovery and restoration.

Whether you’re looking to relieve pain, build strength, improve mobility, or simply take time to reset, there’s a class to match your needs. Many clients choose to combine classes or progress from one to another as their body becomes more balanced and resilient.

Mend Reset and Restore Group Class

Mend Reset & Restore

Recover, rebalance, and reconnect.

Even the strongest bodies need time to rest and restore. This class offers a dedicated space to slow down, release accumulated tension, and support your body’s natural ability to heal and adapt.

Through gentle movement, yoga-inspired postures, focused breathing, and guided relaxation techniques such as body scanning and progressive muscle relaxation, you’ll shift into a deeply restorative state. These practices help calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and restore ease throughout the body.

You’ll also explore stretching and myofascial release to support joint mobility and enhance overall flexibility—leaving you feeling more open, balanced, and at ease.

Mend ReAlign

Realign your body from head to toe.

Stay happy, healthy, and active with functional, posture-based exercises designed to reduce wear and tear on your body and lower your risk of injury. This class introduces the fundamentals of the Egoscue Method®, helping you restore balance and function throughout your entire system.

Through a thoughtful sequence of movements—from feet and ankles to hips and shoulders—you’ll gently retrain your body to move as it was designed. Classes include a variety of positions (standing, seated, kneeling, and on the floor) to support full-body alignment and muscular balance.

Mend ReAlign is a foundation-building posture class that helps address pain and tension caused by postural imbalances. When practiced consistently, these corrective exercises can relieve strain, improve mobility, and support long-term wellbeing.

Mend FunFit

Straighten, then strengthen.

Once your body is aligned and moving well, it’s time to build strength that lasts. Mend FunFit is a functional fitness class designed to support your posture while keeping your body strong, mobile, and resilient.

Rooted in posture therapy principles, this class helps you reinforce healthy movement patterns so your strength work feels good—and stays pain-free. You’ll move with intention while improving stability, coordination, and overall fitness.

Expect a fun, circuit-style format using a variety of tools including bodyweight exercises, TRX, rebounders, resistance bands, stability discs, and balls. Each session is designed to challenge you in a balanced, supportive way.

Mend TRX® Stretch & Strength

Strength, stretch, and move with control.

Using the TRX® suspension trainer, this class combines strength, mobility, and flexibility in one efficient, full-body workout. By leveraging your own body weight, you’ll build strength while improving balance, coordination, and joint stability.

Each session blends dynamic strengthening with supportive stretching to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free. You’ll learn proper technique, receive guided instruction, and progress at your own pace.

Suitable for all fitness levels, Mend TRX® allows you to adjust the intensity to match your needs—whether you’re building foundational strength or enhancing performance.
