History of the TRX® suspension training system 

The TRX® Suspension Trainer was originally developed for the U.S. Navy SEALs and later refined and brought to the public by Fitness Anywhere.

Since then, suspension training has become a widely used method for building functional strength, stability, mobility, and control using bodyweight as resistance.

By leveraging gravity and adjustable angles, TRX® allows you to safely train at the intensity that’s right for you—making it possible to perform exercises that may not be accessible with traditional equipment.
